Joe Biden is running the most lawless and scandal-plagued administration in American history.
But now Biden is treading into autocrat territory.
And Joe Biden just signed one piece of paper that is one massive admission of guilt.
It was the ultimate Friday news dump.
As Americans planned their weekends and headed out for recreational activities Joe Biden signed National Security Memorandum on Partial Revocation of Presidential Policy Directive 28 which singlehandedly allows Joe Biden to spy on every single American illegally without obtaining a warrant.
Simply put, Joe Biden rendered the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution protections against illegal search and seizure toothless.
Biden’s executive order overrode the Presidential Policy Directive 28 that Barack Obama signed into law after Edward Snowden revealed Barack Obama was spying on Americans’ every email, text message and phone call.
In 2014, Obama relented under pressure and signed an executive order providing some protections for Americans against illegal warrantless wiretapping.
Obama’s order did not end the practice of unlawful snooping, but now Joe Biden eliminated the minimal safeguards that were in place.
“The Executive Order of October 7, 2022 (Enhancing Safeguards for United States Signals Intelligence Activities), establishes enhanced safeguards for United States signals intelligence activities that supersede the safeguards for personal information collected through signals intelligence established by Presidential Policy Directive 28 of January 17, 2014,” Joe Biden’s executive order read.
It’s no secret who Joe Biden intends to empower the FBI, NSA, CIA and other Deep State operatives to target.
Biden’s main concern is not Islamic terrorism, drug cartels or even the Russians.
In his Philadelphia speech on September 1 Joe Biden declared all 74 million Trump voters were enemies of the state.
These were no idle threats.
The FBI already got caught red-handed illegally spying on former Trump campaign foreign policy aide Carter Page by violating protocol when the Bureau used the fake news Christopher Steele dossier as the basis to obtain a FISA warrant.
In 2021 Attorney General Merrick Garland authorized the FBI to target parents that opposed mask mandates and critical race theory in schools as domestic terrorists.
Back in August an armed squad of FBI agents stormed into Donald Trump’s house in a massive show of force by the Biden administration.
Since that speech the FBI carried out multiple raids across the country to sweep up pro-life activists and threaten them with more than 10 years in federal prison for the “crime” of praying outside abortion clinics to try and save lives.
Now Joe Biden just handed the Deep State carte blanche to spy on any American that criticizes or opposes the Biden administration with the same tools the administration uses to target the heads of Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
Many Americans are concerned about this unconstitutional and illegal expansion of the surveillance state by an administration that already weaponized the Justice Department and the FBI to target their political opponents.
