Joe Biden’s lawless presidency finally experienced accountability.
For millions of Americans it could not come a moment too soon.
And Joe Biden lost the final court case that led to the three words everyone wanted to hear.
Georgia U.S. District Judge R. Stan Baker – a Donald Trump appointee – became the final judge in a trifecta of rulings slapping down Joe Biden’s illegal federal vaccine mandates.
Judge Baker issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors.
This order meant all three prongs of Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate – employers with more than 100 workers, health care workers in facilities that received Medicare and Medicaid funds, and now federal contractors – were all blocked by courts.
Judge Baker slammed the mandate as the executive branch overstepping its constitutional bounds.
“In its practical application, it operates as a regulation of public health,” Judge Baker ruled. “It will also have a major impact on the economy at large, as it limits contractors’ and members of the workforce’s ability to perform work on federal contracts. Accordingly, it appears to have vast economic and political significance.”
Judge Baker added that without an act of Congress the Biden administration did not have the constitutional authority to impose a vaccine mandate on private sector employers.
“The Court acknowledges the tragic toll that the COVID-19 pandemic has wrought throughout the nation and the globe,” Judge Baker added. “However, even in times of crisis this Court must preserve the rule of law and ensure that all branches of government act within the bounds of their constitutionally granted authorities.”
Judge Baker added that blocking the mandate would merely preserve the status quo where any federal contractor was free to take the vaccine if they chose.
But Judge Baker noted that if he did not block the vaccine mandate then federal contractors would have faced a point of no return decision about taking the vaccine or risk losing their job.
“In contrast, declining to issue a preliminary injunction would force Plaintiffs to comply with the mandate, requiring them to make decisions which would significantly alter their ability to perform federal contract work which is critical to their operations,” Judge Baker added.
The Republican state attorneys general that brought the lawsuit cheered their victory.
Republican South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson boasted that the court “stopped cold again” Joe Biden’s lawless orders.
“Abuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again,” Attorney General Wilson crowed.
Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate was one of the worst, most illegal and most un-American power grabs in the nation’s history.
Biden ignored natural immunity – despite multiple studies showing recovering from infections provided more durable protection than the vaccine – to impose a nationwide mandate forcing jabs into the arms of Americans that did not need or want the vaccine.
This was a pure power move to put the government in control of every American’s medical decisions and shred the idea of bodily autonomy.
But multiple federal courts recognized this immoral and unconstitutional federal power grab for what it was.
