Joe Biden and his administration were prepping the ground for a major decision.
But that all may be changing.
Joe Biden was blown away by polling results that no one saw coming.
Republicans, Democrats, public health officials and many in the media are trying to figure out how to get more Americans to take the coronavirus vaccine.
Polls show around 30 percent of Americans refuse and there is little that can change their minds.
With that in mind, Biden’s so-called “experts” began foreshadowing that once the Food and Drug Administration granted full approval to the vaccines, state and local governments, as well as businesses, would begin mandating Americans take the vaccine.
“I think once the vaccines go through full FDA approval, everything should be on the table, and I think that everything will be on the table at the level of municipalities, states, employers, venues, government agencies,” former COVID response coordinator Andy Slavitt stated.
The always doom-and-gloom Dr. Fauci was the first to demand forcing Americans to take the vaccine in an interview on CNN.
“I have been of this opinion, and I remain of that opinion, that I do believe at the local level, Jake, there should be more mandates,” Fauci said in an interview on Jake Tapper’s “State of the Union.” “There really should be. We’re talking about life-and-death situation. We have lost 600,000 Americans already.”
White House press secretary Jen Psaki made it clear that Joe Biden would follow suit and support requiring Americans to submit to a government mandated injection.
“There will be decisions made by private sector entities, by universities, by educational institutions, and even perhaps by local leaders — should they decide that is how to keep their communities safe. If they decide to make that decision, we certainly support them in that step,” Psaki stated.
When pressed to clarify Dr. Fauci’s previous comments, Psaki stood firm on supporting mandatory vaccination.
“What Dr. Fauci was conveying is that there will be decisions made by local leaders — just like there will be decisions made by business leaders, by institutional leaders — on how they can keep their communities safe. And we support their right to make those decisions,” Psaki added.
But the Biden administration may find this as a disastrous course of action.
A recent Trafalgar poll found that 71 percent of Americans oppose mandatory vaccines with just 22 percent supporting.
Data shows the vaccines prevent serious illness and hospitalization.
However, Americans always cherished their ability to make individual medical choices.
If the Biden administration pushes ahead with this mandatory vaccination scheme, this polling data shows it could invite a massive political pushback.
