Joe Biden tried to destroy Clarence Thomas more than 30 years ago with false allegations of sexual harassment.
Now Thomas is on the verge of guiding the Supreme Court to historic conservative victories.

The Democrat Senate – with the help of RINO sellouts Mitt Romney, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski – confirmed the far-left and soft-on-child pornographers Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
But it looks like Joe Biden is trying to pull some funny business to lay the groundwork for packing the Supreme Court.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell slammed Biden for signing a formal commission to seat Jackson on the Supreme Court even though Justice Stephen Breyer – whom Jackson is replacing – will not step down until June.
“President Biden seems to think that Stephen Breyer and Ketanji Brown Jackson are both duly appointed associate justices occupying one seat simultaneously. Obviously that is false. And the Biden Department of Justice’s slapdash memorandum raises more questions than it answers,” McConnell declared.
There can only be nine justices on the Supreme Court.
But now there are ten commissioned justices.
McConnell referred to a Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel memo that seemed to open the door to court-packing.
“If the Senate votes to confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as an associate justice of the Supreme Court, the president may complete her appointments to the Supreme Court by signing her commission before Justice Breyer’s resignation takes effect,” the Office of Legal Counsel memo read.
Democrats threatened to pack the Supreme Court with up to six new liberal justices after Republicans confirmed Amy Coney Barrett to fill the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat.
McConnell demanded to know if the Biden administration was actually endorsing court-packing.
“Whether this is just incompetence or some hair-brained scheme, the same president who set up a court-packing commission is continuing to erode norms and our institutions,” McConnell added.
McConnell continued stating that “the president, the attorney general and the chief justice should publicly clarify that the court has eight associate justices and one chief justice, notwithstanding the administration’s claims.”
Minority Leader McConnell warned Democrats that they would pay for attempting to pack the Supreme Court.
“The Biden administration’s continued attacks on norms and institutions will have a cost,” McConnell said.
Democrats cannot stand the fact that Republicans hold a six to three majority on the Supreme Court.
The left does not believe in the legitimacy of any institution it does not control.
That’s why Democrats are currently attacking Clarence Thomas with a smear campaign about his wife Ginni’s political activism.
Democrats are set to explode in anger this June when the Supreme Court hands down decisions potentially overturning Roe v. Wade and dramatically expanding the scope of the Second Amendment.
Clarence Thomas expects to author key opinions in those cases.
And now Joe Biden may be laying the ground work for packing the Supreme Court in a future Democrat administration.
