Kamala Harris delivered a sick threat that every American needs to take seriously.
During an interview on “Meet the Press” Kamala Harris promised Americans that if the Democrats grew their Senate majority in November the party would push through a fundamental transformation of America into an unrecognizable nation.
Host Chuck Todd asked Harris if Democrats would eliminate the filibuster so Chuck Schumer could ram through legislation mandating abortion on demand with no restrictions in every state in the country.
Harris falsely claimed the November election would be a referendum on abortion and not Joe Biden’s failed tenure in office.
“In less than two months, we are looking at a midterm election in which so much is on the line. Take, for example, the issue of choice. The United States Supreme Court in the Dobbs decision just took away a constitutional right that had been recognized from the women of America from the people of America,” Harris stated.
Harris added that if Democrats were able to pick up two more Senate seats an expanded liberal majority would create a so-called “carve out” to the filibuster for the issue of abortion.
“Well, how does that relate to the midterms? Our president has said he will not let the filibuster get in the way. If the Senate [through] a majority voter, votes to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, he will sign it into law. You know what that means in the midterms? We need to hold on to the Senate and get two more then we can put into the law the protections of Roe v. Wade. Everything is on the line when you think about the millions of women and the people in America that care about them who understand the significance of women making the decisions about her own body,” Harris continued.
Todd then grilled Harris if Democrats would stop at nuking the filibuster just on the issue of abortion.
“If the Democrats get 52 Senate seats or more legislative filibuster gone? Or just on this issue?” Todd pressed.
Harris responded that Democrats would also trigger the nuclear option for a federal grab to rig elections in the Democrats’ favor.
“The president has been clear on this issue and on another very important issue which is voting rights,” Harris stated.
The Democrats’ voter fraud bill would mandate universal mail-in voting and dangerous ballot harvesting schemes in every state.
This federal election takeover would also include automatic voter registration that could put some number of illegal aliens on the rolls.
And the bill would also gut voter ID laws rendering them unenforceable.
In one fell swoop Democrats could destroy the prospect of competitive elections and legislate themselves a permanent electoral advantage.
