Everyone thought they knew the story of January 6.
But an explosive court filing caused all hell to break loose.
And that’s because Kamala Harris hid an explosive January 6 secret that will change everything.
Almost all of the 725 protestors arrested for entering the Capitol on January 6 face charges of “entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds” and “disorderly conduct in a restricted building or grounds.”
The protestors face these charges because the government claimed Vice President Mike Pence and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris were in the Capitol when protestors entered the building.
“Instead, the Justice Department has argued that the presence of both Vice President Michael Pence and incoming Vice President Kamala Harris rendered entry into the Capitol on January 6 a federal crime under 18 U.S. Code section 1752. In every charging document, the government relies on section 1752 to define a ‘restricted building’ as the location of the ‘President or other person protected by the Secret Service,’ which would have included Pence and Harris,” American Greatness’s Julie Kelly reported.
That was not true.
In recent court filings government prosecutors admitted Kamala Harris was not in the Capitol that day.
“[T]he government incorrectly stated that Vice President-Elect Harris was present in the U.S. Capitol at the time of the attack,” prosecutors wrote in a court filing in one Jan. 6 case Tuesday. “In fact, Vice President-Elect Harris was not present at that particular time, though she was present earlier in the day and was present later that day,” POLITICO reported.
This is no secret.
Harris herself repeatedly said she was not in the Capitol when protestors entered.
But where was Kamala Harris?
It turns out Kamala Harris was inside the Democratic National Committee at the same time the FBI investigated a mysterious pipe bomb left outside both the Democratic and Republican National Committees the night of January 5.
“Capitol Police began investigating the pipe bomb at 1:07 p.m., according to an official Capitol Police timeline of events obtained by POLITICO. The timeline says that Capitol Police and the Secret Service evacuated an unnamed ‘protectee’ at approximately 1:14 p.m., seven minutes later. The four people, among them a White House official and a former law enforcement official, confirmed that Harris was the Secret Service protectee identified in the timeline, which has circulated on Capitol Hill,” POLITICO reported.
The vice president-elect being in the vicinity of a bomb is major news and a massive security threat.
Thankfully everyone was okay and evacuated safely.
But the FBI launched a highly publicized manhunt to find every grandmother that strolled into the Capitol and snapped a selfie thinking the building was open to the public.
There is no such corresponding effort to find the terrorist that put bombs outside the headquarters of both major party committees and endangered the life of the vice president-elect.
Julie Kelly believes she knows the answer as to why the FBI is dragging its feet on finding the terrorist bomber.
“The reason why Kamala Harris never disclosed she was at DNC HQ on January 6 is because (1) it undermined one of DOJs animating charges that she was at the Capitol and (2) it would have fueled more questions as to why the ‘pipe bomber’ hasn’t been identified or charged,” Kelly wrote on social media.
The identity of this pipe bomber and why there isn’t a full-court press to find this terrorist are two of the biggest mysteries surrounding January 6.
