Megyn Kelly is desperate and she is launching Hail Mary’s.
Since Kelly’s move to NBC, her ratings are tanking and her career is on thin ice.
And in a bid to save her show, Kelly picked this fight with Donald Trump and everyone thinks she lost her mind.
Megyn Kelly was quick to jump in feet first to the controversy surrounding liberal comedian Samantha Bee who smeared Ivanka Trump with a hateful vulgarity on her low-rated “Full Frontal” show.
Conservatives were quick to point out the double standard that exists.
Roseanne’s show was canceled because of a controversial tweet about Obama lackey Valerie Jarrett, meanwhile Samantha Bee went unpunished.
Trump even weighed in on the hypocrisy that allows liberal to hurl the most vile and vicious insults at Republicans and face no consequences.
Why aren’t they firing no talent Samantha Bee for the horrible language used on her low ratings show? A total double standard but that’s O.K., we are Winning, and will be doing so for a long time to come!

Bee eventually tossed out a half-hearted apology through a statement saying, “I would like to sincerely apologize to Ivanka Trump and to my viewers for using an expletive on my show to describe her last night. It was inappropriate and inexcusable. I crossed a line, and I deeply regret it.”
But everyone realized Bee’s apology was fake when the left-wing comedian made a speech accepting a television Academy Honors Award for promoting “social change.”
Bee ranted that her vulgar attack on Ivanka Trump was all anyone cared about and people weren’t paying enough attention to the intended focus of her remarks which were Donald Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration.
This provided an opportunity for Kelly to grab headlines by sticking her nose in the matter.
The NBC anchor went on her show and whined that the Trump administration are the hypocrites.
Kelly stated, “I looked Donald Trump in the eye and listed just a small sampling of his sexist remarks about women at that presidential debate and his response to me, famously, was ‘What I say is what I say. And we’ve gotten too PC in this country. And that resonated with many people. That was his answer. That’s what he ran on. That’s your position, that’s the door you opened, willingly walked through [and] the example you set. Now to come out against Sam Bee and for them to be feigning horror is a little surprising.”
Critics quickly pointed out that Kelly only inserted herself into this matter because her show is failing. The only time she was relevant in the media landscape was during the 2016 Republican primary when she feuded with Trump.
Kelly was also playing to NBC’s liberal audience by equating the fake controversies the media gins up surrounding Trump’s remarks – which they routinely twist to take them out of context – with Bee’s crude and vulgar insult toward Ivanka Trump.
Since moving to NBC, Kelly’s career has fallen into a tailspin.
Kelly’s initial show was canceled and her daytime show is struggling.
NBC is desperate to make good on their reported $23 million a year investment, so naturally Kelly would try and rekindle the feud that shot her to stardom.
But there are not two sides to calling Ivanka Trump a profane slur.
Bee should be condemned full-stop.
Kelly showed her only guiding light is “hating Trump” and it has led her to equivocate on morally bankrupt behavior.
