Robert Mueller’s investigation is in its final days.
He is zeroing in on his final targets and is about to strike.
But that may be delayed after he got smacked with a major lawsuit nobody saw coming.
Mueller Gets More Desperate
Since day one, Robert Mueller’s investigation has been shady and corrupt.
It all started with the unverified Russia dossier funded by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
And the wife of DOJ official Bruce Ohr, who was the first DOJ official to review it, works for the company they hired.
This dossier was the evidence used to obtain a FISA surveillance warrant against Trump campaign advisor Carter Page.
The warrant application was then used as justification for Rod Rosenstein to form Mueller’s special counsel.
These chain of events is something most on the left are clueless about.
They believe there is real evidence of Russia collusion.
But in reality, it is an anti-Trump hit job.
And with Mueller’s investigation now in its final days, his desperation is showing.
Right after the midterms, he began publicly targeting a little known conspiracy theorist.
Jerome Corsi is a friend of Trump associate Roger Stone.
Mueller believes Corsi was involved with giving Stone information about WikiLeaks email hacks.
Corsi denies this, but he is now facing serious charges from Mueller.
Mueller is trying to jail him for perjury, a charge he denies.
Mueller’s Victim Fights Back
And Corsi is now fighting back.
He is rejecting a plea deal from Mueller.
The deal would give him a more lenient sentence if he admits he committed perjury.
But Corsi isn’t going to agree to a lie, telling CNN:
“They can put me in prison the rest of my life. I am not going to sign a lie.”
And not only is Corsi refusing to sign the plea deal, but he’s also going after Mueller.
One America News Network reports that Corsi is filing a criminal complaint against Mueller.
It will be filed through acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker.
And it will likely be the first opportunity to see how Whitaker will handle Mueller.
Jeff Sessions had a very hands off approach.
Despite having the authority to oversee the Mueller probe, he recused himself.
This infuriated President Trump who sees the investigation as a “witch hunt.”
But with a new Attorney General, this can change.
It is the Attorney General alone who can oversee a special counsel.
And as politically motivated as the Mueller probe is, there doesn’t seem to be any reason he shouldn’t.
If Corsi’s complaint is taken seriously, it has the ability to expose Mueller’s entire investigation.
Mueller Just Wants To Hurt Trump
It is clear that Mueller only wants to harm President Trump.
He has released no proof that Trump colluded with Russia.
All he has done is jailed multiple people close to Trump for crimes that have nothing to do with collusion or the Trump campaign.
This proves Mueller’s investigation is nothing more than what Trump says it is—a witch hunt
Many don’t question the reasoning and just look at those close to Trump who are behind bars.
But Corsi isn’t even close to the President—and there is no indication the two have even met each other.
Nonetheless, he is a target due to his support for President Trump.
