Nancy Pelosi’s life is falling apart.
Her push for impeachment continues to lose momentum with every day that goes by.
And she just flipped out at a reporter after he asked one brutal question.
Nancy Pelosi is the leading proponent for impeaching President Donald Trump.
Despite her previous opposition to the move, calling it “divisive,” she now fully supports the measure, with House Judiciary Chairman Adam Schiff leading the current hearings on it.
Everybody knows that her support is not based on facts, but instead based on her deeply held hatred for President Trump and his America First agenda.
But when confronted about this truth, Pelosi lost her mind.
Following a press conference, Pelosi was asked if her “hatred” for Trump is fueling her impeachment push as she was walking out of the room.
The question stopped her in her tracks, and sent her into an unhinged rant at the unnamed reporter.
Pelosi cited her alleged Catholic faith to fire back.
“I don’t hate anybody. I was raised in a Catholic house, we don’t hate anybody — not anybody in the world. So don’t you accuse me of any [hate],” Pelosi said.
“As a Catholic, I resent you using the word ‘hate’ in a sentence that addresses me,” she continued. “I pray for the president all the time. So don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that.”
Pelosi then stormed out of the room with an angry look on her face.
President Trump responded to the exchange, calling it a “nervous fit,” and cited his many accomplishments as evidence that her efforts are not based in what is good for Americans.
“Nancy Pelosi just had a nervous fit,” Trump began his response on Twitter. “She hates that we will soon have 182 great new judges and sooo much more. Stock Market and employment records. She says she ‘prays for the President.’ I don’t believe her, not even close.”
Trump finished his tweet by telling Pelosi to “Help the homeless in [her] district.”
He added, “USMCA?” at the end, citing his United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement that would replace the NAFTA trade agreement that currently gives both Mexico and Canada unfair trade advantages over American industries.
Pelosi has prevented the USMCA from getting a vote in the House.
In doing so, she is carrying water for Bill Clinton, who passed the NAFTA trade agreement in 1993.
NAFTA has been so harmful for American workers that even socialist Bernie Sanders opposes it for many of the same reasons Trump does.
The opposition is largely bi-partisan, especially among voters in rust-belt states who are hurting due to NAFTA.
If President Trump is able to bring a win on this issue, it will be a win for the American worker.
But the people it will harm the most are Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, who understand that such a bi-partisan win would be good for Trump’s re-election efforts.
Their hatred for President Trump is more powerful than their will to help everyday American workers.
