Donald Trump found out some bad news.
It came from in a legal fight Trump may not be able to afford to lose.
And now Nancy Pelosi scored a Supreme Court win that could block Donald Trump from running in 2024.
Shortly after the Democrats’ second impeachment hoax failed to convict Donald Trump in the Senate and bar him from running for office again Nancy Pelosi hatched a new scheme to disqualify Trump from the 2024 race.
Pelosi decided to create a so-called “independent” commission that would consist of the most hardcore Trump haters in Congress.
Led by Adam Schiff and the Constitution-shredding tyrant Mississippi Congressman Bennie Thompson, the January 6 Select Committee illegally expanded its scope to function as a criminal investigation.
That’s because the real goal of the committee was to fabricate criminal charges against Trump that Joe Biden’s Department of Justice could latch on to in order to prosecute Trump and therefore prevent Trump from running for re-election.
The committee seized phone records from members of Congress and leaked the text messages to the public.
Committee members even tried to embarrass Fox News stars like Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham with leaks.
But the biggest legal fight the committee waged was with Donald Trump over Trump’s claim of executive privilege over records from his time in the White House.
Liberal judges on lower courts ruled against Trump holding that only the current president – Joe Biden – can invoke executive privilege.
And since Biden wants to see Trump destroyed politically, Biden gleefully waived executive privilege to let the blood hounds on the Supreme Court get their hands on Trump’s records in hopes they could concoct some kind of phony criminal charges.
Trump appealed to the Supreme Court.
But despite the fact that there was a live constitutional question – can a former president assert executive privilege – the court passed on hearing the case meaning the January 6 committee has full access to Trump’s records.
Mediaite reports:
The Supreme Court denied former President Donald Trump’s case that he be immune from the January 6th Committee’s bid to review his White House records.
The court ruled last month that Trump couldn’t claim executive privilege in order to shield his records from the committee’s investigation into the events behind the storming of the U.S. Capitol. Trump mounted an appeal, but the court released a series of documents denying his emergency request, ending his attempts to withhold schedules, call logs, emails and other articles pertinent to the investigation.
Trump and his allies have repeatedly blasted the Jan. 6 Committee while resisting their efforts to investigate his role in the incitement behind the Capitol attack. Trump’s records have come into focus lately after they were obtained by the National Archives and Records Administration amid questions of whether he mishandled classified documents.
Democrats were desperate for this news.
A new Emerson poll showed Trump leading Joe Biden 48 to 44 percent in a potential rematch.
Given Biden’s failures on inflation, crime, the border, Afghanistan, and now Ukraine, the Democrats’ only chance to hang on to the White House in 2024 is a hoax criminal case against Donald Trump.
