Since the election of Donald Trump, the threats coming from North Korea have been getting more insane by the day.
They are furious a President is in office that is not willing to kowtow to their ridiculous demands.
And following Trump’s recent U.N. address, North Korea just went a step further and issued their craziest threat yet.
While speaking with Russian state-run news, North Korean’s foreign minister stated President Donald Trump has “lit the wick of war” following his aggressive speech to the United Nations last month.
Foreign Minister, Ri Yong Ho, then went on to say:
“With his bellicose and insane statement at the United Nations, Trump, you can say, has lit the wick of a war against us,”
“We need to settle the final score, only with a hail of fire, not words.”
President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have been going at it for months.
To try to prove that he is a threat, Kim has ordered his military to conduct a number of ballistic missile tests, with two of them recently flying over Japan, a U.S. ally.
President Trump’s fiery U.N. speech, where he said the U.S. would “totally destroy” North Korea if need be, was in response to those direct actions, and threats around the world.
As reported by The Hill:
“North Korea’s foreign minister said in an interview with a Russian state-run news outlet published Wednesday that President Trump has “lit the wick of war” with his aggressive rhetoric in a speech to the United Nations General Assembly last month.
“With his bellicose and insane statement at the United Nations, Trump, you can say, has lit the wick of a war against us,” Ri Yong Ho was quoted as telling Russia’s TASS news agency, according to Reuters. “We need to settle the final score, only with a hail of fire, not words.”
Trump said in his speech at the General Assembly that the U.S. would “totally destroy” North Korea if it threatened the U.S. or its allies. The president also called North Korean leader Kim Jong Un “Rocket Man,” referring to the country’s continued missile tests.
Kim and Trump have traded verbals shots in recent months as North Korea continues to pursue its goal of attaining a missile capable of delivering a nuclear warhead to U.S. soil.”
It is clear that Kim Jong Un is furious.
After eight years of Obama, the North Korean regime got used to weak leadership from the United States.
Since President Trump took office, the actions and threats from North Korea have likely come in direct response to President Donald Trump’s strong leadership.
President Trump has made it clear he is fully prepared to use force to deal with North Korea.
In a recent string of tweets, President Trump made it clear that negotiating with North Korea doesn’t work, and that U.S. force is likely the only way to deal with them.
Presidents and their administrations have been talking to North Korea for 25 years, agreements made and massive amounts of money paid……

…hasn't worked, agreements violated before the ink was dry, makings fools of U.S. negotiators. Sorry, but only one thing will work!
