Ahead of the state’s new legislative sessions Florida Governor Ron DeSantis proposed the most sweeping crackdown on illegal immigration in the country.
Joe Biden wants open borders and a massive influx of illegal aliens into the country.
Ron DeSantis countered with the fact that he and the state of Florida don’t have to accept mass illegal immigration as the status quo.
“I think we’re going to be able to do more in the next couple of months when the legislature reconvenes than anyone’s been able to do in the modern history of Florida,” DeSantis explained upon announcing the new measures to turn off the magnets for illegal immigration.

Under the proposed changes Florida would make transporting an illegal alien into the state a second-degree felony and a third-degree felony if it is a minor.
DeSantis explained that the state would treat each illegal alien transported into Florida as a separate offense.
“We also say that it’s a separate offense for each individual transported, concealed, or harbored, and then when people are being transported, even though they may not have violated this, you know, they’re gonna be detained as material witnesses,” DeSantis stated.
DeSantis also proposed mandatory E-Verify to cut down on illegal aliens using fake green cards and Social Security cards to obtain employment.
The Florida governor told reporters that the more enticements employers can use to attract illegal alien labor the state can turn off, the fewer illegal aliens will want to come to the state.
“If you have the ability to have different types of enticements, you’re gonna end up having more people that are going to want to come illegally,” DeSantis added.
DeSantis’ proposals also ban local governments and nonprofits from creating ID cards for illegal aliens and invalidates ID cards issued by other states to illegal aliens.
Joe Biden’s illegal alien invasion is the number one crisis facing America.
Biden clearly has no intention of solving this problem.
But that does not mean states have to sit idly by and accept Joe Biden’s record numbers of illegal aliens pouring into their states.
Since Joe Biden took office — if you include gotaways — the number of illegal aliens that crossed the border is equal to the population of Massachusetts.
After Ron DeSantis issued these proposals to address the border crisis, the only question conservatives had was why every other red-state governor hadn’t demanded their legislatures put similar bills on their desks.
