No White House Press Secretary in history has taken more harassment than Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
She faces an onslaught of attacks every day.
But after CNN crossed the line, she destroyed them with one epic statement.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders speaks to reporters daily, keeping them updated on what President Trump’s White House is doing.
But because the left-wing media hates Trump, they target their anger onto Sanders.
And in a recent discussion, CNN’s April Ryan took things way too far.
Referring to Sanders as Trump’s “mouthpiece,” Ryan then threatens to decapitate her.
“When there is a lack of credibility there, you have to start and start lopping the heads off. It’s ‘Fire Me Thursday’ or ‘Fire Me Good Friday.’ She needs to go,” Ryan shockingly stated.
Needless to say, Sanders was justifiably infuriated at her irresponsible comments.
Had she used the same language to describe somebody on the left, the media would be immediately calling for her termination.
Speaking to Fox and Friends, Sanders outlined the abuse she’s faced on a regular basis.
“I have had reporters say a lot of things about me. They’ve said I should be choked. They said I should deserve a lifetime of harassment, but certainly never had somebody say that I should be decapitated,” Sanders said.
“This takes this to a new low even for the liberal media. I think it just once again proves why this journalist isn’t taken seriously.”
Sanders is correct that most of America sees Ryan as a joke.
Outside of her pals in the mainstream media, few care what she has to say.
That’s why ratings and viewership at CNN have steadily declined.
In the wake of the Mueller report’s release, CNN’s ratings are at their lowest of the year and down 50% from last year.
And Ryan isn’t responding well to the blowback.
Sanders’ father, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee went to bat for his daughter, calling for CNN to deal with Ryan and for the White House Correspondents’ Association to revoke her credentials.
In response, Ryan went on multiple rants, including telling Huckabee—who is also a Christian minister—that he will not go to heaven.
“Will you get into heaven? The answer is no!” Ryan sneered.
These kinds of statements are only allowed for the left-wing media to make.
It is a double standard that they have enjoyed for decades.
But Trump has exposed the media for their deceptive ways.
And the people are listening to him.
Trump’s approval ratings continue to climb while the left-wing media’s reputation goes down the tubes.
