The American left is unhinged.
Liberals hatred for President Trump is being expressed in increasingly frightening ways.
And what happened when Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders went out to dinner will frighten you.
Sanders and seven family members went to the Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, Virginia for what she thought would be quiet and relaxing Friday night meal.
What happened next kicked off a firestorm of controversy because it was the tip of the iceberg in the left’s campaign of intimidation and violence.
The restaurant employees informed Red Hen owner Stephanie Wilkerson that Sanders and her party were at the restaurant.
Wilkerson drove immediately to the restaurant and confronted Sanders.
Wilkerson – who has the right as a private business owner to deny service to any individuals – threw Sanders out of the establishment.
The incident had already begun to spread like wildfire on social media, so Sanders confirmed what happened the next day.
Sanders tweeted:
“Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left. Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so.”
This was not the first time a Trump administration official experienced the ugly side of the modern day left.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristjen Nielsen was chased out of a Mexican restaurant by deranged liberal protesters for defending Trump’s immigration policies.
And protesters also terrorized her at home by gathering outside in a menacing fashion to shout and disrupt her time away from work.
The left’s new thirst for violent confrontation also extends to Republicans not connected to Trump administration.
On the same night Sanders was ejected from the Red Hen, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi had liberal goons stalk her at a movie theater and even spat on her during the confrontation.
Bondi later told Politico that she feared the next step would be armed liberal jackboots coming to kill her:
“When you’re violent and cursing and screaming and blocking me from walking into a movie, there’s something wrong,” she said. “The next people are going to come with guns. That’s what’s going to happen.”
But the left’s thuggery took an even darker turn when Congresswoman Maxine Waters incited mob violence against the Trump administration in a public speech.
“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” Waters bellowed.

This is no longer a fringe movement or random acts of protesters who get carried away.
Mob violence and intimidation is now a central plank to the modern Democrat Party platform.
ABC’s The View co-host Meghan McCain responded to Waters remarks on twitter, expressing her fear that because her father-in-law works for the Trump administration, they would be attacked if they ventured out in public for dinner.
McCain wrote:
“This is absolutely insane – and extremely dangerous. My father in law works in the administration, does this mean when we go out to dinner we should be ambushed?!? Don’t ever again give me any of the “when they go low, we go high” lip service.”
Liberals escalating the political conflict is being cheered by their supporters in the media.
CNN’s Anna Navarro supported the Red Hen booting Sanders from their restaurant and tweeted that Trump supporters deserve it:
“Some who defend baker’s right to refuse service to gay couples, whine re ppl refusing service to a person who’s the face of a deceitful Administration. What’s good for the goose, is good for the Red Hen. Difference is, being gay is not a choice. Being an accomplice to Trump, is.”
Meanwhile, prominent liberals like Barack and Michelle Obama have remained silent as left-wing goon squads bully and harass Trump officials and other Republicans.
This has led many critics to wonder if they are silent because these events have somehow escaped their attention—or because their silence equates to support.
