Democrats are learning just how toxic the political environment turned.
Once safe districts are now turning against Joe Biden and the Democrats.
And polling data delivered the bad news to Nancy Pelosi that her career is over.
The National Republican Congressional Committee’s new polling data shows that even after redistricting, four seats that Joe Biden won by an average of seven points in 2020 are in play next year due to Joe Biden’s horrific polling numbers.
POLITICO exclusively reports:
Polling commissioned by GOP groups on four newly redistricted, Democratic-leaning House seats — Colorado’s 8th District, Indiana’s 1st District, Oregon’s 5th District and Texas’ 28th District — found President Joe Biden’s approval ratings underwater in areas he won by an average of 7 points in 2020. The generic ballot in those combined districts, pitting an unnamed Democratic candidate against an unnamed Republican candidate, was tied at 39 percent among registered voters…
…Significantly, the districts are similar in their longtime blue lean. Three are currently represented by House Democrats, none of whom are on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s list of most vulnerable members: Rep. Kurt Schrader (D-Ore.), who represents a large chunk of central Oregon; Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) represents a heavily Latino strip of south Texas; and Rep. Frank Mrvan Jr. (D-Ind.) is in the northern Indiana seat, which includes metropolitan Chicago suburbs. Mrvan’s district is one of the longest continuously blue seats in the country, having not elected a Republican to Congress in 90 years.
The fourth is Colorado’s 8th District, a brand-new seat in redistricting that stretches from suburbs north of Denver into rolling farmland. It’s already drawn several candidates in both parties.
Democrats sweeping suburban districts proved pivotal in winning back the House of Representatives in 2018.
Joe Biden maintained those gains in the 2020 election.
For many college-educated voters Joe Biden not being Donald Trump was enough.
But now Americans are suffering through the reality of Joe Biden’s failed radical agenda.
Inflation shot through the roof to levels not seen in 30 years as Joe Biden’s trillions in new socialist spending devalued the currency.
Gas prices rose significantly and the price of food at the grocery story continues to climb.
Biden and his corporate media apologists blame a supply chain backlog for inflation, but that is not really true.
Inflation occurs when there is too much money flowing through the system chasing too few goods.
Even liberal economists like former Clinton administration official Larry Summers blasted Biden’s $1.9 trillion blue state bailout bill that Democrats passed back in March as inflationary.
Biden and the Democrats have no plan to combat inflation except to pass trillions more in socialist welfare state and Green New Deal spending.
Inflation is expected to rise through next year and some experts believe it will anchor the U.S. economy down through 2024.
The economy is always the top issue in any election.
As long as Americans are paying $100 to fill up their cars and even more at the grocery store, Democrats face a daunting political environment in 2022.
Even districts that Joe Biden won comfortably in 2020 appear ready to flip and that could spell the end of the Democrat majority and Nancy Pelosi’s time in Congress.
