It has come out that the infamous Trump-Russia dossier was used in order to spy on the Trump campaign.
Now, all that needs to be known is who was behind the dossier.
And a smoking gun that links both Hillary Clinton and former President Obama to the dossier just dropped.
It is already well known that Hillary Clinton’s campaign helped fund the research for the dossier.
What is less known is how involved Hillary herself was with the dossier.
The new information that has dropped not only more strongly links Hillary to the dossier, it also brings former President Barack Obama into the fold.
Jonathan M. Winer was an Obama State Department official who has already admitted to being involved in regularly interfacing with the author of the dossier, former British spy Christopher Steele.
But now we know that he was the senior vice president for a firm that did lobbying work for Tenex.
Tenex is the U.S. subsidiary of Rosatom, which is the Russian state corporation that purchased a controlling share of Uranium One.
Uranium One is the Canadian mining company that owns a large amount of U.S. uranium.
Hillary Clinton was involved in negotiations in the Uranium One deal and undoubtedly interfaced with Winer in some fashion.
As reported by Breitbart:
“Jonathan M. Winer, the Obama State Department official who acknowledged regularly interfacing with the author of the controversial, largely discredited 35-page anti-Trump dossier, served as senior vice president of a firm that did lobbying work for Tenex, the U.S. subsidiary of Rosatom, the Russian state corporation headquartered in Moscow.
In 2010, Rosatom infamously purchased a controlling stake in Uranium One, the Canadian uranium mining company with operations in the U.S. The purchase was approved by the Obama administration in a decision that is currently being probed by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
In a statement to Breitbart News, APCO Worldwide, where Winer served as senior vice president from 2008 to 2013, denied that the firm’s work for Rosatom’s subsidiary Tenex was related to the purchase of Uranium One or to the acquisition of uranium in general. Instead, APCO said its work for Tenex, which took place in 2010 and 2011, focused on sales of fuel to the U.S. energy market. APCO also denied that Winer did any work related to Tenex.
After his name surfaced in news media reports related to probes by House Republicans into the dossier, Winer authored a Washington Post oped in which he conceded that while working at the State Department he exchanged documents and information with dossier author and former British spy Christopher Steele.”
So the senior vice president for the firm that negotiated the Uranium One deal with Hillary Clinton, and ultimately Barack Obama had regular contact with the man who wrote the discredited Trump-Russia dossier which was used as justification to gain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.
Do you think Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama knew about the Trump-Russia dossier before it came out?
