Donald Trump is about to be at war with Fox News.
All will break loose.
And it’s all because the biggest name at Fox News made one demand of Donald Trump that people could not believe.
90-year-old Rupert Murdoch founded Fox News in 1996.
At the annual News Corp. (Fox News Channel’s parent company) shareholder meeting Murdoch admonished Trump for relitigating the 2020 election – which Trump claims was stolen from him – and urged Trump to focus on the future.
“Finally, the current American political debate is profound, whether about education or welfare or economic opportunity,” Murdoch told News Corp. shareholders. “It is crucial that conservatives play an active, forceful role in that debate, but that will not happen if President Trump stays focused on the past. The past is the past, and the country is now in a contest to define the future.”
Some of Murdoch’s remarks focused on why Trump believed the election was stolen from him.
Murdoch blasted Big Tech censorship and noted that companies like Facebook and Twitter silenced conservative voices.
“What we have seen in the past few weeks about the practices at Facebook and Google surely reinforces the need for significant reform,” Murdoch stated. “There is no doubt that Facebook employees try to silence conservative voices and a quick Google News search on most contemporary topics often reveals a similar pattern of selectivity – or to be blunt, censorship.”
In October 2020 the tech monopolies censored true reporting from the New York Post about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop which contained evidence of Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in Hunter Biden’s pay-to-play schemes in Communist China and Ukraine.
Twitter locked the Post out of its Twitter account and banned anyone on the platform from sharing a link to the Post’s story.
Facebook censored the story claiming it was performing a “fact-check” that never took place.
Biden and his campaign lied about the story being the product of Russian disinformation and the tech companies censored a story that could have caused massive political problems for Joe Biden.
Biden won the election by 44,000 votes across Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin, and had the final weeks of the campaign focused on the Biden family’s alleged corruption and criminal activity Trump may have won the election.
Joe Biden’s approval rating sits at 41 percent in the Real Clear Politics polling average.
Multiple polls show Biden’s approval sinking into the 30s.
The current political environment favors Republicans.
But how will Donald Trump react to the founder of Fox News saying Republicans should focus on Joe Biden and his open borders, socialist agenda as opposed to fighting over the 2020 election?
