President Trump and his supporters are convinced the 2020 election was stolen.
Democrats and the so-called “mainstream” media dispute these claims.
But now this FBI raid in a voter ID theft scheme is bad news for Democrats.
Forbes Magazine dropped a bombshell story that two days after Election Day the FBI raided a house in Maricopa County, Arizona and seized hard drives and USB sticks as part of an investigation into the theft of voter ID data.
“On the morning of November 5, as the 2020 election hung in the balance, Arizona federal agents raided a two-story house in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, a county that had become a key battleground in the presidential race. The agents were looking for evidence of a cyberattack on an unnamed organization and stolen voter data. They left with eight hard drives, three computers and a bag of USB sticks. The resident of the property, a 56-year-old IT expert named Elliot Kerwin, was served the warrant. He is not yet facing charges and was unreachable for comment at the time of publication. There is no indication that anything other than voters’ information, which can be acquired for a few hundred dollars in Arizona counties, was taken from the affected office,” Forbes Magazine exclusively reported.
Forbes reported that the FBI had been investigating a hack.
“The warrant, discovered by Forbes this week, reveals investigators have been looking into a computer intrusion at an unnamed ‘victim office,’ which occurred from October 21 to November 4. At the Kerwin residence, they were looking for any evidence within the seized computers that showed they’d been used to access the IT network at the office, as well as ‘protected voters’ information’ and any indication that it had been disseminated to other people,” Forbes also exclusively reported.
Joe Biden allegedly became the first Democrat to win Arizona since Bill Clinton in 1996 by a slim margin of around 10,000 votes.
Maricopa County—Arizona’s most populous county—was central to that “win.”
No Democrat had carried Maricopa County since Harry Truman in 1948.
President Trump and his supporters claim this was only done through massive voter fraud and widespread irregularities.
Maricopa County and the mail-in votes feature prominently in these allegations.
President Trump and many of his supporters questioned why the FBI was not involved in more prominent voter fraud investigations.
They believe there is a mountain of evidence to prove their case and could not understand why the FBI was not conducting a criminal investigation into these matters.
This news gives the President’s allies some hope that there are serious criminal investigations into the allegations of widespread voter fraud.
