Millions of Americans are furious the NFL won’t put a stop to the anti-American national anthem protests.
They are fed up with their Sunday afternoons being turned into three hours of millionaires broadcasting how much they hate America.
But Donald Trump finished the anthem protesters with one shocking phone call.
Trump tweeted out that he had called Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to discuss the anthem protests and to urge the owner of “America’s Team” to have his players respect the country.
Spoke to Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys yesterday. Jerry is a winner who knows how to get things done. Players will stand for Country!

Jones knelt with his players before the anthem in their Monday night game against the Arizona Cardinals.
While the team did stand for the playing of the Star Spangled Banner, that did not stop the crowd from showering the team with boos.
In the conversation, Trump reported that Jones said his team would stand for the anthem this week.
The Cowboys weren’t the only team to reconsider protesting the anthem.
The New England Patriots will also all reportedly stand to honor America.
CBS Boston reports:
“Just one week after many members of the Patriots kneeled during the national anthem, a new report indicates that they will all stand together as a team next time out.
A league source told CSNNE’s Gary Tanguay on Tuesday that all Patriots players will stand during the national anthem before next Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers at Gillette Stadium. Many stood and interlocked their arms during the anthem last Sunday before the game against the Texans, while a large portion kneeled.”
Trump has tweeted that NFL fans showed “great anger” about the protests.
The Patriots would know.
Their home crowd booed the home team and chanted “Stand Up!” at the dozen players who knelt for the anthem.
NFL teams backing off their anti-American protest comes on the heels of the NFL ratings being down 11 percent from last year.
Social media has been filled with videos of fans burning tickets and team gear while declaring they will boycott the NFL over the league’s promotion of anti-American protests.
Trump believes pointing out the NFL’s declining business will end the anthem protests.
