Donald Trump told everyone there was fraud in the 2020 election.
The corporate media declared 2020 the safest and most secure election in American history.
And Donald Trump got the last laugh with this bombshell about criminal voter fraud in 2020.
Wisconsin was one of the closest states in the 2020 contest.
Joe Biden flipped the state blue by just 20,000 votes.
Donald Trump alleged fraud.
Now a key sheriff stepped forward with criminal allegations of election officials violating state law that could point to a voter fraud scheme.
Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling held a news conference outlining allegations that the Wisconsin Election Commission violated state law by banning special voting deputies from entering nursing homes due to COVID.
Instead, nursing home staffers assisted nursing home residents with their ballots.
This is illegal.
News/Talk 1130 WISN exclusively reported:
Schmaling said WEC commissioners and staff who prohibited legally-required special voting deputies from entering nursing homes during the COVID-19 pandemic and instead told nursing home staff members to assist residents in voting committed a Class I felony, which is punishable by a maximum sentence of three years, six months in prison and $10,000 in fines.
Wisconsin Statute 6.875 explicitly provides that special voting deputies are the only people authorized to assist in voting in nursing homes and that “no individual who is employed or retained, or within the two years preceding appointment has been employed or retained, at a qualified retirement home or residential care facility in the municipality, or any member of the individual’s immediate family…may be appointed to serve as a deputy.”
On March 10, 2020, WEC requested that Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers suspend the requirement that special voting deputies be deployed to nursing homes. The Governor’s Office informed WEC that the Governor does not have the power to suspend voting laws, even during a public health emergency.
Schmaling cited the example of the Ridgewood Care Facility which saw a spike in voting despite the fact that family members of eight of the residents said those residents lacked the mental capacity to vote.
Sheriff Schmaling explained that while this was just one nursing home, he believed a similar scenario played out in other nursing homes across the country.
There was clearly some level of fraud in the 2020 election.
Sheriff Schmaling did not say this fraud amounted to enough illegal votes to change the outcome of the race.
But it points to the fact that the media’s claims that 2020 was the most free, most fair and most secure election in American history and no one is allowed to ask any questions about officials ignoring state laws was a preposterous claim from the start.
