And now Carlson has all hell breaking loose.
That’s because Tucker Carlson broke one piece of news that will end Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s career.
Millions of residents in Texas are facing life-threatening conditions as the Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston areas lost power in a massive ice storm.
Texas is considered a red state symbol of American energy independence fueled by the oil and natural gas industries which defined the state’s economy for decades.
But Texas politicians embraced Green New Deal energy policies to move to alternative fuels—like those favored by socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez—and the state’s power grid collapsed as windmill turbines froze and years of underfunding the natural gas sources left Texas vulnerable to a power grid collapse.
Tucker Carlson explained what happened to his audience:
Fifteen years ago, there were virtually no wind farms in Texas. Last year, roughly a quarter of all electricity generated in the state came from wind. Local politicians were pleased by this. They bragged about it like there was something virtuous about destroying the landscape and degrading the power grid.
Just last week, Governor Greg Abbott proudly accepted something called the Wind Leadership Award given with gratitude by a company getting rich from green energy.
So it was all working great until the day it got cold outside, the windmills failed like the silly fashion accessories they are and people in Texas died, a lot more of them than died at the Capitol on January 6, by the way, just for reference.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders tried to make the 93 trillion-dollar Marxist Green New Deal a litmus test in the presidential campaign.
Because the activist Democrat media was only interested in trying to defeat Donald Trump, the propagandists in the press let Joe Biden escape without being asked any real questions about his campaign website praising the Green New Deal or his support for banning fracking.
In his first week in office, Biden moved America towards the alternative fuel road map laid out in the Green New Deal by ending construction on the Keystone XL pipeline and banning new fracking leases on federal lands and restricting existing leases to the point where many in the industry claim Biden effectively banned all fracking.
In addition to putting America on a dangerous course of embracing risky alternative fuel sources that fail in bad weather—like Texas is now experiencing—the American Petroleum Institute estimates Biden’s fracking ban could eliminate up to 1,000,000 jobs by 2022.
Joe Biden is trying to impose Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s communist energy-rationing policies on America, and as Tucker Carlson explained, Texas is experiencing the deadly endgame of that agenda.
