And now Tucker Carlson dropped one bombshell that could change the world forever.
Tucker Carlson interviewed Dr. Li-Meng Yan, a Chinese virologist that claimed the Chinese Communist government engineered the coronavirus in a lab.
“This virus actually is not from nature,” Dr. Li-Meng Yan told Carlson.
“It is a man-made virus created in the lab based on the very unique bat coronavirus which cannot affect people but after the modifications it becomes a very harmful virus. So I have evidence to show why they can do it, what they have done, how did they do it,” Dr. Yan added.
This is a controversial claim.
All of the available research suggests that the virus was not a bioengineered weapon.
Carlson wanted to make sure he understood what Dr. Yan was saying and asked her to clarify what she meant about the origins of the coronavirus.
“What you’re saying is much more sinister even than what we have suggested on the show … You are saying that the Chinese government manufactured this virus, if I’m hearing you correctly. That’s what you’re saying?” Carlson asked Dr. Yan.
“Yes exactly,” Dr. Yan claimed. “Based on the virus genome, it’s basically like our fingerprint so you can see the very unusual characters in their genome, which clearly, based on the other evidence they left during the modification, we can finally see that this comes from their own special bat coronavirus.”
Dr. Yan did not offer any proof for her claims.
Carlson also asked Dr. Yan what the motivation the Communist Chinese government could have for wanting to release the coronavirus and if it was intentional.
“If you want to know the exact motive, the exact idea … ask the Communist party … We cannot always understand their evil thinking. You have to come to ask them,” Dr. Yan began.
“Yes, of course it [was] intentionally,” Dr. Yan added.
Some conservative are skeptical of Dr. Yan’s claims.
Journalist Jordan Schachtel is a leading voice debunking the hysteria and propaganda the fake news media bombards the American people with about the coronavirus.
Schachtel expressed extreme skepticism about Yan’s claims.
In his reporting, Schachtel found that Dr. Yan was tied to a mysterious Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui, who is also connected to Steve Bannon who is a major proponent of strict lockdowns.
For his part, Tucker Carlson said he was not qualified to evaluate Dr. Yan’s claims.
Carlson ended his interview begging media outlets with more resources and expertise to investigate Dr. Yan’s claims and determine their truthfulness.
