House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is under fire.
Pelosi’s talking points heading into the election are collapsing under the weight of Joe Biden’s failures and terrible poll numbers.
And you’ll be speechless when you see what question Nancy Pelosi refused to answer.
Ever since the events of January 6 the Democrats shaped their messaging for the 2022 and 2024 election around the Big Lie that the Republican Party is a seditious threat to democracy that incites political violence to overthrow the American system and install autocracy.
That was always a lie.
But that lie stuck out like a sore thumb after someone leaked a draft Supreme Court opinion authored by Justice Samuel Alito overturning Roe v. Wade.
Democrat militias began mobilizing outside the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices in violation of federal and state law.
Liberal terrorists firebombed 13 pro-life crisis pregnancy centers.
And police arrested a left-wing assassin outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home for attempted murder.
Police found a handgun, knife, crowbar, hammer, burglary kit, zip ties and other assorted dangerous items on the assassin.
A reporter asked Pelosi about this wave of liberal domestic terrorism sweeping across the country and if prominent Democrats bore the blame for inciting this rash of political violence.
“As far as the abortion case is concerned there have been a number of attacks on churches, on crisis pregnancy centers,” the reporter grilled Pelosi. “Republicans are going after Democrats for not saying anything and they’re saying that your rhetoric is contributing to these attacks on these crisis pregnancy center[s].”
Pelosi did not condemn the violence.
Instead, Pelosi offered up a full-throated defense of ending the lives of innocent babies in abortion mills.
Pelosi told the reporter:
Well let me just say this: a woman has a right to choose, to live up to her responsibility, it’s up to her doctor, her family, her husband, her significant other, and her God. This talk of politicizing all of this, I think, is something uniquely American and not right.
Other countries, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, have had legislative initiatives to expand a woman’s right to choose, very Catholic countries. I’m a very Catholic person and I believe in every woman’s right to make her own decisions.
Pelosi then asked her worshippers in the media if they had “any other questions on another subject because I’m not gonna be talking about that anymore.”
Pelosi refused to condemn the violence against crisis pregnancy centers for the same reason Joe Biden won’t speak out against liberal mobs breaking the law by protesting outside justices’ homes or denounce an assassination attempt against a Supreme Court justice.
And that is because critics contend Democrats are counting on the violence or threat of violence as a last desperate chance to force the Supreme Court to change its decision and uphold Roe v. Wade.
