When the Ukraine hoax ended in humiliating failure, Americans thought impeachment was buried once and for all.
But now that America is facing a national emergency, some Trump supporters are worried the Democrats smell an opportunity.
And you’ll be speechless when you see why Trump may get impeached over the coronavirus.
Maxine Waters was one of the original ringleaders of the push to impeach President Trump.
Long before Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi picked up the impeachment baton, Maxine Waters was the “founding father” of the campaign to remove the President from office.
Waters wanted to impeach the President over his tax returns, financial dealings, Russian collusion and the Ukraine hoax.
But now, some Trump supporters flagged comments Waters made about the President’s response to the coronavirus as laying the groundwork for a second run at impeachment.
Waters ripped President Trump for signing the Defense Production Act, but not invoking the authority under the law to nationalize the industry like in communist countries to compel companies to produce medical supplies.
“Our hospitals are out of gloves, masks, gowns, respirators, protective shoe coverings, and basic supplies! What the hell more is Trump waiting for? Hey stupid, this is the worst case scenario!” Waters continued, “Trump is duplicitous & causes confusion every time he opens up his lying mouth! He claimed to invoke the Defense Prod. Act, but later said he was waiting for the ‘worst case scenario.’ How many more people have to get sick or DIE until Trump exercises the full power of the DPA?”
The fake news ignored Waters’ comments.
But Trump supporters raised red flags.
Waters wanted to impeach the President over a series of hoaxes.
In this case, Waters is laying the groundwork to blame any deaths caused by the coronavirus at Trump’s feet over the outrageous claim that the President didn’t turn America into Venezuela and force companies at the point of a gun to produce products at government mandate.
The President has said it’s not necessary to use the Defense Production Act to mandate companies make medical supplies.
America’s generous private sector stepped up to the plate.
GM and Ford are working on ventilator production.
Hanes is making surgical masks.
Companies all across America recognize the moment and the needs of medical workers and are stepping up to the plate.
Democrats see that the private sector answered the President’s call and that public polling data shows the American people approve of Donald Trump’s handling of this crisis.
If that holds up, Donald Trump may very well win a second term in November.
Should Donald Trump win re-election and the Democrats maintain their majority in the House – both of which are realistic possibilities – many Trump supporters believe Democrats like Maxine Waters will revisit the coronavirus pandemic as new grounds to pursue impeaching President Trump.
