No Attorney General in history has received more harassment than William Barr.
Simply for being tasked with delivering the Mueller report, he is the number one enemy of the left.
But now he’s firing back and just pulled one move that will destroy Obama’s legacy for good.
The legacy of Barack Obama is one of corruption, lies, and economic failure.
Up to the very end of his Presidency, he was caught up in countless scandals that will forever tarnish his reputation.
But among all the shady things to happen during his eight-year reign, there is perhaps nothing worse than the Justice Department’s abuse relating to Trump’s campaign for President.
During the last year of Obama’s Presidency, the Justice Department spied on Trump’s campaign and created the groundwork for Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation into Russia collusion.
Using an unverified dossier compiled by Fusion GPS—which was funded by Hillary Clinton—the FBI successfully obtained a FISA surveillance warrant into Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
And that warrant application was later used by then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to form Mueller’s special counsel.
Despite this being a major issue that should be of interest of every American citizen, there has been no investigation into this part of Obama’s Presidency.
That is until just this week when Attorney General William Barr announced he is appointing a U.S. attorney to examine the origins of the Russia investigation.
John Durham, U.S. Attorney for Connecticut, will look into the pre-transition period, prior to November 7th, to determine if intelligence efforts targeting the Trump campaign were “lawful and appropriate.”
This investigation has the opportunity to blow the lid off of all the corruption of the Obama administration relating to Trump’s campaign.
It is clear to anybody paying attention that they were abusing FISA surveillance warrants to look into a political opponent.
And to make matters worse, they used that information to form a massive investigation into Trump that created massive division among the American people.
Trump has stated that this was an attempted overthrow of his government.
Despite Mueller proving that there was no collusion, the investigation was still a massive assault on President Trump.
And the fact that it is now clear there was no collusion, it only creates more questions about the origins of the investigation.
This is what Barr’s investigation will be able to uncover.
And what he finds will likely be devastating for Obama, who was overseeing the Justice Department throughout all of this.
Do you agree with William Barr’s investigation into the origins of the Mueller investigation?
