Hillary Clinton found out some more bad news.
This time it threatens to blow up one of the biggest political crimes in American history.
And a prosecutor dropped the hammer on Hillary Clinton with this bombshell document.
Special counsel John Durham continues to drop tantalizing clues about the status of his investigation into the origins of the Russian collusion hoax.
Durham drops these bread crumbs in court filings in relation to his prosecution of Clinton campaign and Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussmann for making false statements to the FBI in a September 2016 meeting where Sussmann fed federal agents a deranged conspiracy theory about a server in Trump Tower communicating with the Alfa Bank in Russia.
In previous filings Durham showed that the Clinton campaign spied on a Trump Tower server to present so-called “evidence” as part of a “narrative” that the Trump campaign coordinated with the Russian government during the presidential election.
Durham wrote that the Clinton campaign as well as its agents and researchers entered into a “joint venture” to frame Donald Trump for colluding with the Russians.
In Durham’s latest court filing Durham wrote that the FBI and a government agency later identified as the CIA found the data Sussmann presented to be fake and “user generated.”
“For example, while the FBI did not reach an ultimate conclusion regarding the data’s accuracy or whether it might have been in whole or in part genuine, spoofed, altered, or fabricated, Agency 2 concluded in early 2017 that the Russian Bank 1 data and Russian Phone Provider 1 data was not ‘technically plausible,’ did not ‘withstand technical scrutiny,’ ‘contained gaps,’ ‘conflicted with [itself],’ and was ‘user created and not machine/tool generated,’” Durham’s filing stated.
John Durham is expected to turn in a report on his findings on the origins of the Russian collusion hoax to the Justice Department whenever he wraps up his investigation.
However, the highly political Biden Justice Department will likely pull whatever strings necessary to suppress Durham’s report.
But Durham has other methods to alert the public as to what his investigation uncovered.
Durham is using his indictment of Sussmann as well as researcher Igor Danchenko to issue what many call “speaking indictments” meaning Durham is laying out facts he uncovered in his criminal indictments.
In the case of Danchenko, Durham revealed that Danchenko – who was one of Christopher Steele’s sources for his phony dossier – received tips that were made into the document from Clinton confidant Charles Dolan.
Danchenko allegedly falsely claimed the sources for his “intelligence” were Russians when in reality at least one of his tipsters was someone that worked on Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign as well as Hillary’s failed efforts in 2008 and 2016.
This latest filing shows that the Clinton campaign effectively set the FBI and CIA on a wild goose chase using faked data to fabricate a connection between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Now Trump supporters are waiting to see what the next shoe to drop in the Durham probe will be.
