And Barack Obama revealed something shocking about Joe Biden in an explosive letter to his doctor.
Congressman Ronny Jackson won election to the House of Representatives in 2020.
Before winning his seat in Congress Jackson served as the White House physician for Donald Trump, Barack Obama and George W. Bush.
In his memoir “Holding the Line: A Lifetime of Defending Democracy and American Values,” Dr. Jackson recounted the time Barack Obama sent him a nasty email over the fact that Dr. Jackson called out Joe Biden’s cognitive impairment.
“Biden was on TV again, making crazy statements and concerning mental gaffes; he didn’t know what state he was in or what office he was campaigning for,” Dr. Jackson stated. “He apparently thought at one point that he was running for the Senate and later couldn’t remember what state he was campaigning in. This had been going on for months and was getting worse.”
Dr. Jackson compared Biden not being able to remember what state he was in to Donald Trump acing a cognitive test – after the media whipped up a conspiracy theory about Trump experiencing dementia – and posted on social media that it was time for Biden to take a cognitive test of his own.
“Remember the cognitive test that I gave @realDonaldTrump? The one he aced! Sounds like somebody else might need some testing done!! Scary!!” Dr. Jackson posted on social media.
Dr. Jackson wrote that Obama fired off a sternly-worded email calling Dr. Jackson’s decision to question Joe Biden’s cognitive function “unprofessional.”
“I have made a point of not commenting on your service in my successor’s administration and have always spoken highly of you both in public and in private. You always served me and my family well, and I have considered you not only a fine doctor and service member but also a friend,” Obama wrote in the email.
“That’s why I have to express my disappointment at the cheap shot you took at Joe Biden via Twitter. It was unprofessional and beneath the office that you once held. It was also disrespectful to me and the many friends you had in our administration. You were the personal physician to the President of the United States as well as an admiral in the U.S. Navy. I expect better, and I hope upon reflection that you will expect more of yourself in the future,” Obama’s email continued.
However, Barack Obama did not accuse Dr. Jackson of being wrong about Joe Biden.
And Democrats are finally starting to admit that Joe Biden is too old and senile to run for re-election as evidenced by Democrats like former Obama chief strategist David Axelrod going on the record to state that Joe Biden turning 86 at the end of a second term could be a potential deal breaker for voters.
This also helps explain why a New York Times/Siena poll found 64 percent of Democrats want a new candidate in 2024.
