Robert Mueller is gunning for Donald Trump.
The special counsel is hell bent on impeaching the President.
And you won’t believe what trick Mueller is going to use to remove Trump from office.
Special counsel Robert Mueller was tasked with investigating alleged Russian election “meddling” and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russians.
That mandate is a hoax.
It was a pretext to allow Mueller unlimited power to probe every aspect of Donald Trump’s life until he could fabricate a reason for Congress to impeach the President.
And that is exactly what happened.
Trump’s campaign, transition organization, White House, charitable foundation and business are all under investigation – not because Trump committed any crimes – but for the sole fact that Donald Trump once ran them.
In America, it used to be that you were accused of a crime and then a prosecutor investigated you to see if the charges held merit.
Trump is facing a Soviet style investigation where they take an individual and turn their life upside down until they find a crime – any crime – to charge you with.
But Mueller is taking this to another level.
CNN reported that Mueller is investigating if Donald Trump’s comments to the media about firing then-FBI Director James Comey represent obstruction of justice.
Mueller originally tried to pin obstruction of justice on Trump for firing Comey back in May 2017.
However, that balloon quickly deflated.
Even though the fake news media portrays the FBI as an independent agency, the FBI Director is still another executive branch appointee that serves at the pleasure of the President.
Trump could fire Comey for any reason he wants.
Mueller – as a prosecutor and former FBI Director – knows this.
So now he is stretching the boundaries of the law by claiming Trump defending himself on social media and in public from charges that he obstructed justice amounts to obstruction of justice.
CNN reported that Mueller is examining if Trump ordered then-White House counsel Don McGahn to push back on news reports that Trump contemplated firing Mueller was Trump ordering McGahn to make false statements.
But McGahn was not under oath.
And despite what CNN and other fake news outlets believe, it’s not a crime to mislead the press.
Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani reacted to this outrageous report on social media.
“Read CNN article that Mueller’s gang of angry Democrats wants to use the President’s public comments as part of an obstruction claim. According to this latest oppressive legal theory you can’t even defend yourself. But who says Mueller’s team doesn’t leak. Extremely unethical.” Giuliani wrote.
If this CNN report is accurate – and that is always a big “if” when dealing with fake news CNN – this is a disturbing development in American history.
Mueller is now claiming a President can be removed from office for only exercising his lawful power under Article 2 of the Constitution by firing an underling, but that using your First Amendment right to mount a criminal defense is now a crime.
