IRS agent Gary Shapley dropped bombshell after bombshell in his testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee.
Shapley described how top Biden Justice Department officials blocked felony charges against Hunter Biden by forcing an indictment to occur in Washington, D.C. which allowed the statute of limitations to expire for the most serious charges.
Another shocking piece of testimony was when Shapley described how Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Wolf blocked Shapley from asking Hunter Biden business associate Rob Walker about an infamous email which referred to holding “10 percent for the big guy.”
This email referenced a deal with the CEFC energy company – an entity many believe is a front for Communist Chinese intelligence.
CEFC ended up paying Hunter Biden $3.8 million dollars.
Former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson that Joe Biden was the “big guy” named in the email and that Communist China compromised Joe Biden with this shady deal.
But when Shapley tried to question Walker about who the “big guy” was, Wolf jumped in and forced Shapley to change the subject.
“Among other things, we wanted to question Walker about an email that said: ‘Ten held by H for the big guy.’ We had obvious questions like who was H, who the big guy was, and why this percentage was to be held separately with the association hidden. But AUSA Wolf interjected and said she did not want to ask about the big guy and stated she did not want to ask questions about ‘dad.’ When multiple people in the room spoke up and objected that we had to ask, she responded, there’s no specific criminality to that line of questioning,” Shapley testified.
Wolf showed up multiple times in Shapley’s testimony for running cover for the Biden family.
In September 2020 Wolf shut down the plan to execute a search warrant on Joe Biden’s guest house despite investigators believing the residence contained critical evidence in the Hunter Biden investigation.

The Department of Justice’s reluctance to search Biden’s home again demonstrated the double standard of justice as the DOJ ordered the FBI to raid Donald Trump’s home less than 90 days before the midterm elections.
In December 2020, after Joe Biden was declared the winner of the presidential election, Wolf also found out Weiss planned to search Hunter Biden’s storage unit.
When Wolf could not stop Weiss from searching Hunter Biden’s storage unit Shapley recounted how Wolf alerted Hunter Biden’s legal team which allowed them to empty the space.

Shapley’s testimony gives the impression the DOJ first interfered in the Hunter Biden investigation to prevent a search of Joe Biden’s house in the middle of an election.
The DOJ gave Donald Trump and Republicans no such consideration in 2022.
And then it looks like the DOJ again intervened after Joe Biden won the election to shield the incoming president from the fallout of a criminal investigation into his family’s foreign business dealings and alleged influence peddling operation.
Conservatives are calling for Republicans in Congress to get to the bottom of this obstruction.
