Joe Biden is in deep trouble.
It could be the final nail in the coffin.
And a judge gave Joe Biden some bad news about this legal decision.
Special counsel Robert Hur’s report on the investigation into Joe Biden stealing classified documents dating back to the 1970s contained damning bombshell after damning bombshell.
Amazingly, the fact that Hur found Joe Biden willingly stole classified documents about American military operations in Afghanistan and knowingly shared classified information with the ghostwriter of his memoir “Promise Me, Dad” was not the most damaging revelation in the report.
That came when Hur said he couldn’t prosecute even if he wanted to because Joe Biden isn’t mentally competent to stand trial due to Biden being mentally enfeebled.
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone from whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt,” Hur wrote. “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
Hur pointed to interviews with Biden on October 7 and 8, 2023, to demonstrate that no jury would convict Biden on account of senility.
In the interviews Hur wrote that Biden couldn’t recall being vice president from 2009 to 2017 nor could he remember when his son Beau passed away from brain cancer.
“In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’),” Hur recounted.
“He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him,” Hur added.
On “The Five,” Judge Jeanine Pirro was astounded.
Pirro told viewers that Biden’s own Justice Department declared him “non compos mentis,” which is a legal term defined as “of unsound mind.”

Pirro argued that if Joe Biden’s own Justice Department believed Biden lacked the mental competency to stand trial for criminal charges then there is no way Biden is mentally fit to serve as president and the vice president and the Cabinet must remove Biden from office via the 25th Amendment immediately.
