It was only a matter of time.
Joe Biden’s weaponized justice system was bound to touch the Supreme Court.
Now Brett Kavanaugh found out this disturbing fact about Donald Trump’s trial.
Joe Biden prosecutor Jack Smith violated Donald Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to a fair legal defense by demanding a rush to trial in the 2020 election witch hunt trials.
Smith indicted Trump on August 1 and demanded the trial start on January 2, 2024, which is just 155 days from the day Smith filed sham charges against Trump for contesting the 2020 election using a never-before-seen legal theory.
The Democrat activist masquerading as a judge who is overseeing the case shredded the foundation of the American legal system and agreed with Smith’s argument that the right to a speedy trial is reserved for the state – the Constitution grants that right to the defendant and it is a right Trump waived in this case – and scheduled the trial for March 4, 2024.
A Democrat judge and prosecutor strapping the leading GOP presidential candidate’s trial to the “rocket docket” stood in stark contrast to how Joe Biden’s Justice Department treated one of Joe Biden’s voters.
Last summer, U.S. Marshals arrested Nicholas Roske outside the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Roske traveled from California to Maryland to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh after a leaked Supreme Court opinion draft showed Kavanaugh voted to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“Deputy U.S. marshals stationed outside the justice’s home spotted Mr. Roske as he exited a taxi. He then walked down the road and called 911 on himself. He said he had traveled from his home in Simi Valley, California, to kill a justice, had a firearm in his suitcase and was having suicidal thoughts, authorities said,” the Washington Times reported.
“County police arrived and arrested Mr. Roske. They reported finding in his gear a Glock 17 pistol, a tactical vest, a tactical knife, ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties and a set of tools, including a crowbar, according to court documents,” the Washington Times report continued.
“Mr. Roske told a police detective that he was upset about the recently leaked draft opinion showing the high court was poised to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, that established a national right to abortion. He also said he was upset about the way he thought Justice Kavanaugh would rule in that case and in gun rights cases, the detective said,” the Washington Times also reported.
It’s been over 500 days since federal agents arrested Roske for attempting to kill a sitting Supreme Court justice.
But since Roske is a Democrat and Kavanaugh is a conservative the Biden administration is content to let the wheels of federal justice turn at the normal, slow pace.
Usually, it takes between one and three years for a federal case to go to trial.
Trump’s case is the exception.
That’s because the only interest served by a speedy trial for Trump is that of the Democrat Party.
Joe Biden’s campaign strategy depends on smearing Trump as an authoritarian menace to society.
And Biden needs the Democrat prosecutor and judge to deliver a guilty verdict against Trump for trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
