Democrats maximized their weaponization of the legal system against Donald Trump.
A carefully arranged attack on Trump just took place.
A judge wants to put Trump in jail for one reason that will leave you red with rage.
Trump is already enduring a sham civil fraud trial in New York brought by the state’s Democrat attorney general.
The Democrat judge in the case – Arthur Engoron – already issued a nonsense ruling labeling Trump a fraud on the basis that Trump’s multi-hundred-million-dollar Mar-a-Lago estate was worth between 18 and 27 million dollars.
Judge Engoron issued that ruling before the trial started because the Democrat prosecutor bent the meaning of New York’s civil fraud statute knowing the Democrat judge in the case could deprive Trump of a jury trial.
To add insult to injury, Judge Engoron slapped Trump with an unconstitutional gag order restricting Trump’s ability to campaign for president after Trump posted a picture on Truth Social of one of Engoron’s clerks with Chuck Schumer that called her Schumer’s “girlfriend.”
A left-wing super PAC called MeidasTouch found that the Trump campaign’s Truth Social account left the picture up for 17 days and alerted the New York Attorney General’s Office that Trump violated the gag order.
“Within hours of our reporting, Trump’s team had deleted the post, but the New York Attorney General’s Office notified the Court of this failure as the post had been up for 17 days after the gag order was first imposed,” MeidasTouch boasted on their website.
That led to Judge Engoron threatening Trump with jail time in a subsequent court hearing.
“In the current overheated climate, incendiary comments can and in some cases already has, led to serious physical harm and worse. I will now allow the defendants to explain why this blatant violation of the gag order would not result in serious sanctions, including financial sanctions and/or possibly imprisoning him,” Engoron fumed.
Trump’s lawyer Christopher Kise chalked it up to a simple oversight as Trump deleted the original image from his social media account at the judge’s request.
“There was no intention to evade or circumvent or ignore the order. I assure you that. I just know that this is a very large machine and this is one of the reasons, frankly, I don’t have social media,” Kise responded. “But that’s been taken down. And we don’t have any other… there were no subsequent postings.”
This is all part of the plan.
Democrat judges in New York and Washington, D.C. set up a series of Kafkaesque gag orders that allow Trump’s political opponents to regulate his speech and decide what the leading GOP presidential candidate can say and what campaign rhetoric risks prison.
